Recovery Does Happen. Treatment Works.
Recovery Happens is more than an event—it is a powerful reminder that recovery is real, visible, and thriving in communities across California. As we gather on the steps of the State Capitol, we send a clear message to policymakers, community leaders, and the public: treatment works, recovery is possible, and every person deserves the opportunity to build a healthy and meaningful life.
